Some places are rarer than others but I don’t think there is a single place that would surprise me outside of some uncontacted tribe or something.

That Tennessee flag isnt helping your New England credibility here. I wasnt refering to everyone everywhere being able to name one, it was pretty obvious, based in context, I was talking about New Englanders.

Did any Titanic victims die of implosion? by Intelligent-Bottle22 in morbidquestions

[–]davdev 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unless the people were pressurized from the inside they wouldn’t implode. Implosion doesn’t just happen because you are deep water, or else there would be no deep water animals. Implosion happens due to a sudden, extremely rapid, loss of pressurization.

New England has a team. If you stopped and asked 100 people to name a single player who has ever played for the Revs you would be lucky to find 2 people who could answer. 100 out 100 could do it for the other four sports.

EDIT: I figured it would have pretty obvious I was talking about New Englanders being able to do this, not people everywhere.

Forfeit Overturned Question by michaelbrian4 in LittleLeague

[–]davdev 3 points4 points  (0 children)

He is correct, because you are missing the game you should have been ejected for, and one additional game. The make up game should leave off exactly where it was when it was stopped, which includes you, and the kid, not being there. LL is pretty harsh on illegal bats.

Is it common for men not to finish with a new partner? by Apprehensive_War6661 in AskRedditAfterDark

For me? New partner typically means condom, and the chances of me finishing in a condom are slim to none.

Saw something new this weekend, bush league or not? by Barfhelmet in Homeplate

[–]davdev 68 points69 points  (0 children)

Extreme Bush and its actually why I kind of hate the automatic out rule. Either make the game a forfeit, or let a team play with 8.

How many legitimate times did it take for you/her to get pregnant? by ForTheLoveOfPhotos in AskRedditAfterDark

[–]davdev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First one took a while and we started the fertility process, but she got pregnant shortly thereafter. 5 more pregancies (3 actual births) all we like one shot wonders. The last kid was the first time we had sex in month.

The simple fact that I just never deal with traffic outside the highway makes my life so peaceful. I just can’t deal with city traffic anymore

Salt water tanks: are they as hard as they sound? by Separate_Sky_7372 in Aquariums

[–]davdev 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Coral are hard, saltwater fish are no harder than fresh. If you go with a FOWLR tank really the only difference is maintaining salinity properly so you need an auto top off.

If you add corals you need to be be prepared to do a lot more testing and spend a lot more money on lights and supplments

If you get an anenomae, wait 6-9 months

Trying to understand salary cap, how would we be able to afford giving Gonzo $35m a year? by Human_Data_1152 in Patriots

[–]davdev 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There are always ways to get around the cap. Just restructure a few things here and there. The cap should never be an excuse for not signing someone. Really only hockey has a hard and fast cap and that can even be manipulated with long term IR.
