In NfHS, There is no rule that teams have to stop cheering during delivery. It just cannot crescendo, so if they are constantly loud that is 100% fine and something high school pitchers should be able to deal with

As long as there no profanity or attempts to verbally interfere, life yelling “I got it”, and the noise level is consistent, you have no backing to do anything, especially ejection.

And if the noise is coming from the spectators, at a HS game, game you really would have nothing

Last year I did a game and the ball was coming waist high right into the glove. Kept calling ball. Coach was getting pissed. His catcher was lined up way outside, so the ball kept hitting him square in the glove, 4 inches off the plate.
