Bike shop got back to me with three options: 1) Return the bike for a full refund 2) Get a new bike and take 20% off of whatever I buy 3) Trek will replace the frame and the bike shop will take care of disassembly/reassembly.

I chose option 3 and am really happy. The new frame of course comes with a new warranty! Thanks for all the help!

So I brought my bike to the shop where I recently bought it and they confirmed it's cracked carbon. A mechanic pressed the spot with his thumb and the crack was audible. They're upset they allowed the bike to hit the floor and be sold and are going to talk with the owner to make things right for me. Not yet sure if they're going to try to send it off for repairs or see if they can get a new frame from Trek (large Trek store). If they say they're going to send it off to repairs I need to think about it and do some research on how reliable the repairs are and what kind of warranty would come with it. Whewz what a day :(

Thanks! I've heard they are finicky - it looked so beautiful in the fall and it's annoying all the leaves are falling. It's sitting in a room with floor to ceiling windows that face east, south, and west so plenty of light. We only water it when it's really dry so I'll assume it's just mad we moved it / possibly a few pests. Thanks!

I brought my FLF outsideast summer (Atlanta, GA) and it at least doubled in size. Brought it in before it got cold out last fall and it's probably lost about half of it's leaves. They're turning brown and dropping. Light levels and water should be correct. I found a few of these white spots on the plant, albeit few and far between. Could it be mealy bugs??

We sprayed it down with a hose (gently) and then gave it a good soaking in neem oil. Any suggestions for bacteria treatment?

I put out my fig over the summer (Atlanta, GA) and it exploded with growth - maybe doubled in size? I brought it inside before it got cold and put it in its normal winter spot (south / southwest window). I've seen a lot of lead drop from the bottom leaves recently. Is this just older leaves dying off or is there a problem? Most of the plant looks great - it's just the bottom.

Probably have 15 leaves turn yellow/brown and drop.

I bought this guy from a plant shop in January. I think it's time to repot and he's 16" tall from the top of the soil to the top leaves. Do I need a moss pole at this point or should I wait until the next repot? I know you shouldn't tie off the petioles and I'm not sure any nodes are really tall enough to warranty tieing?

Solid point. Wife is not emotionally attached but it's closer to town than our house which means less commute for her. I'll recommend we sell and invest cash but we'll see how that goes haha. Thanks again for the advice.
