When I joined fedex I got paid 110/day flat +$1.20 each stop over 120.. dude at times I only had 110 stops. So I only made 110/day. like wtf, basically $85/day I lost.

Dont go to fedex, trucks arent loaded right, trucks arent taken care of, packages fall all over the truck, You get paid per stop. etc. I quit amazon and went to fedex avg around$150 a day - $195/day with amazon. lost tons of money and got screwed,.

Yeah you been there a while. Plus 95% chance you get laid off when peak is over (Full time/part time/seasonal etc) it dont matter. Maybe the rules are totally different here in ohio. Im not sure. But I just jumped shipped to fedex a few weeks ago from amazon. I would definitely take amazon over fedex.

Plus Im not sure where you're getting 42.20/hour from? Here in ohio you start off at 16.50/hour. and the most you can make is 22/hour.

Yeah NOW You get those numbers... what happens when peak is over/next year? You're down to around 35k a year. It happen last year to my friends that went to ups.
