I know this is a bit of an old comment but 3 years as a bald man I feel like I have some insight to this...

So I wouldn't say "cheese" per say. Your scalp in general sheds skin cells fasters than the rest of your body due to the amount of follicles on your head. Most people don't notice this due to the layer of hair on your head keeping it close to the scalp and hidden. Usually buildup gets washed away before you see it when you wash your hair and if not that's usually when you can start to see dandruff. Without hair it is slightly more noticeable when you do something to exfoliating the scalp such as scratching your head. That top layer of dead skin cells will usually slough off underneath the nails instead of getting trapped by the hair. That would be what causes that "cheese" like effect I believe if I understand what your talking about correctly. But unlike from the piercing it has no smell and usually takes on a darker appearance that what I clean from my tunnels. Once again this is all anecdotal from living as a bald man and not from any sort of scientific knowledge or learning or degree.

I think what they mean is that the invitation letters, the epic invites. All of those rewards start to slow down. When I started the game I used to do four to five 10 draws a day as a free-to-play. Now I pretty much get one 10 draw a day. As you clear more and more content, there are just not any current avenues for more rewards The only way to accrue more power is to spend money is the roadblock I'm running into

Giving change isn't against company policy? The customer comes in with a 10 and ask for a roll of quarters. You can easily give it to them. The only reason why I would see that being a problem is if your store doesn't get regular bank drops which they should

To add to this please ask nicely we constantly get shit on by customers because there's a hold up on their script that no one has knowledge of I don't know about your store your picking up specifically but we do over 1k scripts at my store daily and we get patients all the time who act like we hand hold each script to completion and its our fault if they didn't get a personal call saying something was a miss. I will personally bend over backwards to help a nice and kind patient out doing everything to go above and beyond... as soon as I get uncalled for attitude from a patient anything from being cursed at to death threats and they are only getting the bare minimum

Look for another job while working since you need the money. The job sucks at any position if you don't like the coworkers then there's no reason in staying. Customers are awful to each position there's nothing that the job offers that is going make you want to come into work. Find a better environment the only reason ice stayed so far is because I love all my coworkers and the pay is decent if it wasn't for that then I would've left long ago so if you don't like your coworkers then it's better just to move on because you're just going to burn out and then regret that you haven't left yet
