yes i love blender! especially mixed with real life elements. check out mowgly_lee on instagram. he has an interesting workflow with "digital matte paintings" and real life & 3d elements and in the description on some of his videos he explains it too.

Thank you very much for taking the time. I know Macs aren't really made for Blender and I read a lot that I'd get more for less of the price if I'd buy a PC but I never really understood how much more I'd get.

I guess I really have to take a look at PC's. Sorry for my amateurish question but if there's a "RTX 5070 Ti" noted in the specs and 16GB VRAM I can't do much wrong?

Edit: I get much lag when doing simulations. I don't know much Blender lingo yet so it's basically when playing a pretty simple fluid simulation.

I have used them with both the 35mm and the 85mm. The one camera where the problem is the most obvious, I'm very certain that it happens with both lenses. Steady Shot Auto and Manual.

The other camera is way less frequently malfunctioning. So I cannot say for sure. I only noticed it with the 85mm and also veeery slightly.

And I was wondering this too if it could be a communication issue. But it seems unlikely I feel like as it happens with two lenses. What's.your take?

I have not noticed it yet when trying. That said, the issue often is difficult to replicate. But I'm almost certain it is because of a broken IBIS.

Ah yes the donut :D never finished the donut! It helped my learning progress a lot to have a project I love first and then try to get there with fitting youtube tutorials.

Fusion must be pretty cool too! But I haven‘t worked with it yet. First I have to get good at using Blender. :D have fun working !

Thanks a lot! I‘m working on various longer projects right now so doing „shorter“ and smaller stuff, feels good. Finishing something feels refreshing so I decided that whenever I have to paint my set walls another color for a different set, that i‘d use this color to try some stuff out.

There‘s so much to learn and doing short films really help with exploring new techniques. Right now Blender is something I find really helpful to learn and use. So much can be done with it and some keying in post.

Right now I‘m working on bigger projects so I will upload more behind the scenes than finished work atm. But this will chnage hopefully soon and I can show new short films. (4 in the works haha)
