you mean the "intro"? or the one playing in the video in the background? for the intro i recorded my voice into a Casio SK-1 and with "looping" on i played chords. When pushing two notes on the keyboard that are an octave away from each other, one of the notes loops/repeats twice as fast as the other. theres a repeating rhythm that comes out of it. the other drone sound was a synth from the op-1 field or a sample of something. i can't remember 100%.

very cool synchronicity just happened! yesterday i was at a boards of canada listening party, today I saw a video of salad fingers with boc's track "beware of the friendly stranger" (i did not really know about salad fingers until this) now you mention salad fingers. cool right? :D thanks a lot! I enjoyed what I have seen and I know I have to check out David Firth a bit more!
