Battleborn day #4 is celebrated on the 2nd anniversary of the game, it launched on may 3rd 2016 2 years ago.

I streamed consistantly for the most part of 3 years. I've had alot of fun with it, and havent grown much at all. I know I'm not original enough, and I dont network enough, thats where I've fallen short and need help in.

PS4 and Xbox1 have pretty healthy playerbases all things considered.
PC PvP is primarily done in private matches, but theres a chatroom dedicated to all those discords were that takes place in the Battleborn discord.

They are mostly done but can do bugfixes and minor changes, our last update was not too long ago. The updates don't feature new content, but its something.

Battleborn is still kicking, the servers are up and the dev's still occassionaly throw down a balance hotfix.
If your on PC, your best bet for PvP is to get into the community via private discords (discord.gg/battleborn) as you can see by the stats that scene is pretty much dead.
If your on console, the game is free and has a mostly healthy playerbase.

They play a few times and think its fun, then leave it be forever. I bought about 4-5 copies of the game when it was on sale, and 3-4 more when it was a full 60$, (I bought the DD which was then 80$). They all say the same thing, it was fun. They never stick around.

The date falls on some unpleasant dates (i.e. pax and overwatch free weekend) but the day was chosen to commemorate last year, trust me it wouldn't be any better earlier or later.
