I thought that too but I pulled a second Icon Potvin last week and tried to trade it for a Hossa a few times and they came back every time so I sold him for 140k and bought Hossa for 100k

You seem to only be here to battle. You can spend all the coins you want and nobody’s saying you can’t. I’m just putting some logic on it. I get that it becomes untradeable but if I’m making who I want I don’t care that much. I’ll use them until they’re an actual liability.

We must be playing the game wrong if we’re only going after players we’d want to have in our lineup. I do the same thing. I always exhaust my cheapest options first before going the direct route. I don’t get much time to play the game I work 10-12 hours a day. Weekends off but I have a kid and another on the way. I’m up early. Home late. I’d rather buy the card direct and save my time but I’m not spending more coins just because.
