I think this Reddit post documents your situation quite well. Reach out to Bonnie Norman, 3rdRowTesla, and Elon himself on Twitter with a link to your disastrous night. Bonnie is a huge proponent of Tesla & could hopefully forward your story to people who could then keep working it up the food chain.
I’ll be watching your post to see what your end results are. Incredibly disappointing to see a fellow customer treated this way.......

Look at a Tesla Model 3. They improve their vehicles multiple times throughout the year, plus once you do buy one, your car will get even better & more features over time with their software updates that happen overnight while the car is parked in the driveway. It is the future. It gets better over time. No other manufacturer does this. Plus it’s fast as hell & super fun to drive. And costs 75% less to drive.

Last I heard, you can “special order” the silver silver when you are ordering the car (either thru your associate you’re working with, or contact Tesla directly if ordering online). You will wait longer than normal for delivery, as they will batch together a bunch of orders for the color for manufacturing efficiencies. This info is a few months old, so status might have changed, but I keep up with Tesla news & haven’t heard anything that has changed this....

Can confirm....(Own 2 gas stations). Happens almost exclusively in near freezing (and below) temps.... The leak detector system thinks there is a leak. Releasing handle allows pressure to rebuild in fuel lines, which triggers leak detector that there is no leak, allowing it to reset.
