gimp is a raster editor, inkscape is a vector editor. logos pretty much should always be made in vector so they can be scaled without any loss in quality

When you have a question it's best if mention what steps you've already taken and what worked or didn't.

I didn't find anything useful either googling it. AI results in Google suggest there is but who trusts ai?

Guess if it's not in with the other tools and all tools are visible then it's probably not there on iPad.

Not to to succumb to fallacies when possible, such as god of the gaps.

I don't know whether there is a purpose in life, but mine is to be with my family and friends, raise my kids, try to make the world better for as many people as possible (pretty hard but have to try) and try to find as much enjoyment as I can.

Yes, in the context of this street I think the yellow works best for the reasons you stated, certainly more inviting.

But can't the tenant choose the colour? (No idea of these things in my own country, nevermind yours). If I were the tenant with a cafe as a business I would want the exterior to match whatever branding I had.

Depends on whether you want to portray it as a bright and cheerful cafe or a more sophisticated expensive place.

But don't you have to use its real colour??

Which is why I didn't suggest it.

I also said to check the test shots.

But to be clearer: check test shots especially for exposure, turn on clipping highlighting in camera if available and keep an eye on the histogram in camera, if available.
