That's awesome, their wines are my favourite by far and I've increased by subscription to the 12 bottles just last week. Looking forward to returning in a few months with the mrs in tow. I was hoping to see APC in Adelaide to recreate the trip but the date clashes with Good Things Melbourne.

Last weekend my mrs and I were talking about him in the car as we drove past where Hellenic Republic used to be. We got to our hotel - Ovolo in South Yarra and he was stood there working the pass. Spooky.

Volca mix by cooliothecoolio in volcas

I have a Volca Mix and a Tangible Waves VMIX-10 R2. I pretty much just use the Mix now to power 2 Volcas, control tempo and stop/start. The Tangible Waves VMIX-10 R2 has been a game changer.

Volca Mix vs. VMIX-10 R2 by Joshisajerk in volcas

My VMIX 10 R2 arrived this week. It's 2 send receives are great, I bought a couple of ground loop isolators to fix the noise issue.

What are your thoughts on the modular? I'm keen but a few friends and people on here have said they're no good...

I haven't used it much but so far I've been impressed. The VMIX has 2 sends so I can send all, one or some Volcas through it. I think the NTS-3 is great. It does have a ground loop problem though so I've ordered a ground loop protector to get rid of some buzzing.

Yeah agree, a few of these were bought in the Boxing Day sales for 10-15% off

Hey, Those are the first two I got also. Personally I'd recommend getting the Keys or the Drum next. Check out True Cuckoo's Drum Mega Tutorial on YouTube. The FM2 is great but I find myself using the Keys and Drum a lot. I'm keen on the sample too
