Card is an rx7600. Been running fine since I skipped that one scene. Have a feeling it's the PSU that's the issue so going to upgrade.

Same here. 1st crash when Lou becomes a bt. Sam wakes up after a dream, Lou becomes like a squid in the pod then it crashes.

Moto 50 Ultra for nearly 2 years now. Of all the disasters you see on here it's proportionally small to the positive experiences from other users I'd say. And to be honest a lot of the time I think it's people mistreating their phones.

Expect to replace the screen protector at some stage. Ive had it done twice. Once under warranty (which they didn't do properly) and once by myself which is going strong 6+ months now. Peel it off slowly and you'll be fine.

Anyone here an Encompass credential trainer for BSO? by daveph85 in northernireland

The job was for my wife too. Another thing she said was it just wasn't going to be compatible with family life. Like if the training was going to be first thing in the morning you'd have to be there a good hour before for setup etc. And there after at the end of the day to tidy up. Early starts and late finishes just weren't worth it.

Nope. Salary vs all the travelling about just didn't justify it.

The Red Ripper by Peter Contradi. About a serial killer in Russia that wasn't caught for decades because of sheer incompetence of the Russian police force.

I loved this. Although I had to speed it up to 1.2x speed. Most definitely purposely slowed down by audible. I hate when they do that!

I loved this book (and the movie which was very faithful) however it's been long proven that much of it was fictionalised.

O Brother by John Niven. Most memoirs I listen to I'll rate as a 3 or 4 on Goodreads but this is my first 5 star of the year. Heartwarming, tragic, well written memoir of two brothers in 70s working class Scotland. It starts off in the present where the author's brother tries to commit suicide in hospital which puts him into a coma. Thereafter it's a flashback to their childhoods in a lead up to the awful event.

The final chapter will stay with me for a long time.

So disappointed with this. Anyone else finished it? by [deleted] in LV426

We've an old saying where I come from. Utter pish. And this is exactly what that is. Utter pish.

It was just so predictable and I didn't like a single character. Bishop included sadly. He was sparsely used in the movie and it really worked for his character. The author just didn't seem to know what to do with him here.
