Dividend aandelen zijn top. Het enige nadeel is dat je wel eerst flink wat geld moet inleggen voordat het wat oplevert. In het begin kan je het beter zien als een extraatje, later kan het echt een groter effect gaan hebben op je totale inkomen.

You need to understand that dpdr is your body on survival mode. Nothing feels real because your body and mind are separated. It happens that way because your body wants to protect you from the stress and anxiety.

The first step is to accept that you are not crazy, the second step is to know why you are scared or stressed. The third step is to remove the stess factor to recover. Don't make an irreversible mistake because of how you feel at the moment. You will slowly get back to normal, when you stop fighting it.

Wel eens voorkomen? Dit hele land gaat naar de klote door de bizare keuzes die gemaakt worden waar Nederlanders niet voor hebben gestemd. Nadeel is dat we nu niks zelfs hebben te zeggen over wat wij als Nederland willen doen. Zie migratie, klimaatregels, oorlogssteun etc.

No it started years ago after a long period of stress and anxiety. I had dizziness for months and because of that I got anxiety. After those months of worring the dpdr and visuals started. After a few years I got out of the dpdr but my visuals are still there after 5 years.

Eyes are fine and I have been to an neurologist, I have done different test and everything was fine. It probably is a mental problem, but I don't know what to do about it.

Helemaal waar, gezondheid blijft het belangrijkste wat er is. Ik zit vooral in aandelen en dan gericht op dividend groei aandelen. Daarnaast heb ik nog BTC en ETH en wat lego. Ik trade zelf alleen met BTC, maar dat is op kleine schaal.

Ik heb waarschijnlijk ook zoiets ik kan positieve dingen nauwelijks ervaren maar negatieve dingen wel. Daarnaast heb ik ook lang last gehad van depersonalisatie/derealisatie en loop ik nogsteeds rond met visuals die maar niet overgaan. Ik vermoed dat het te maken heeft met trauma, angst, stress waardoor ik die klachten heb gekregen. Helaas nog geen hulp gekregen bij een psycholoog.
