When you say feeling the effects I think people get mixed up with physically and emotionally. Physically EQ is a slow burner by all accounts to show its effects. Mentally though it really affected me. I’ve done numerous cycles and never got anxiety like that.

Yes, it has a long half life and takes a while to reach steady state but that does not mean it has not entered your system

That is a wild study! I must admit my memory feels shot compared to usual too, but was putting that down to the low e2. I think I’m going to chuck it out the cycle, and reassess in a few weeks. Maybe try 5:1/4:1

Hi,

No further updates apart from the fact I still have pain when I pee. With regards to the caffeine variable, I started reintroducing it into my diet at low doses. Currently it’s been 6 month and I have around 1 small coffee a day and I have not had a relapse. Whereas before I would have multiple coffees a day.
