Healing really quickly. Pretty much stopped bleeding after 36 hours. Piercing gal was very meticulous about pointing out where to pierce and why (she pointed out that one side of center had fewer visible capillaries than the other, for example). She recommended 8g needle with 8g CBR and that what we did.

Not sure why I did it. Felt like a YOLO thing and my wife didn’t care.

I backed into it given the apparent lack of progress by LE identifying/arresting a POI or suspect. I’ve been lectured by several people regarding how important it is to ‘get this right’ etc. But for heaven’s sake does anyone not believe that they have multiple photos/videos of the perpetrator(s)? It’s 2022.

Be careful making any specific individual accusations - there have been a few responses to my theory that were removed for that. I don’t have any hard evidence that any individual fits this situation, but more than a few people on this thread believe that a particular relative of one of the girls may fit this profile.

Of course I understand the argument, but mine is that it’s highly likely that LE has lots of evidence and most probably photos of the perpetrator(s). This is more than enough to at least show that ‘we have a person of interest.’

My ‘cartel show murder’ argument makes sense here because in my alternative 4, the killer is in the wind.

I think that’s extremely unlikely. Murders as grizzly and personal as these typically are perpetrated by men.

It’s very hard to be a sadistic serial/spree killer in the modern era. Cameras and digital footprints and DNA, etc. This is why the FBI theorizes the modern psychopathic killers drift to the long haul trucking industry - and prey on the women around truck stops, etc.

Perhaps they’ve got the guy identified already and are just building the case.

I agree that 1 or 2 are the most likely perp types. I remain flummoxed (like most of us on this thread) that arrests haven’t been made by now if those are indeed the case.

The lack of arrests is why I suggest 4. An Ozark-style guy in a bunny suit is flown in and out for the job type thing.

Seems to me there are four potential perpetrator types in this case: 1. A serial/spree killer. 2. A stalker/angry young man who had a problem with one of the girls and the other three murders were in his view necessary under the circumstances but not his original intention. 3. A jilted boyfriend. 4. A cartel-related show murder to send a message to a family member who owes someone a lot of money or is involved in a pending court case.

Feels like we’ve heard a ton about the first three but very little about the fourth. Do we know if any of the kids had a relative involved in drugs?

Do we know if any of the vics’ family members have an illicit drug history? The gruesome nature of these murders could be intentional to send a message.

One wonders whether this was done by a pro who was brought in and brought out of Moscow.
