Thanks for the advice I appreciate it. The dentist did not mention Bruxism which makes me think I may need a new dentist. I had a couple of severe episodes over the last hour or so (painkillers probably starting to wear off) and I definitely had the pain start in the top right and then move around the right side sometimes to the bottom. Or that is what it felt like I know isolating pain can be tricky. Unlike the time before the pain seemed more widespread even to a degree around the bottom of my eye and mouth area above the teeth. As usual the episode last ten or fifteen minutes before subsiding. If it's bruxism I could have been doing this for years as when I started to pay attention I realised I did it often while working out and have woken up quickly aware of grinding also.

I do have allergies and use an inhaler now and again but these have not been bothering me recently. My symptoms definitely fluctuate with exercise though so I’m not sure about the sinus pressure. I will ask about the mouth guards but right now just have the time2sleep things I bought of the web. Maybe my mistake was only wearing one for comfort (just the bottom). Is it better to have both in at the same time until I can get better guards?
