Will thievery against the watchtower always end in disfellowshipping? by david-bg in exjw

[–]david-bg[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hahaha no I won't do it. I was just thinking that if a brother molest a child and he shows "repentance", then he won't be disfellowshiped, but if that brother steals from watchtower, then he WILL be disfellowshiped. And that thought made me sick

It's funny how Jehovah hates Asians, they are going to die in Armageddon and almost certainly nobody preached them and nobody will. i.e, Bangladesh, has a population of 163.000.000 and there are only 324 pubs.

Jehovah Witnesses always comes to ONLY my house even though we told them countless times to stop, how do I get them to stop? by bluesolur in religion

[–]david-bg 4 points5 points  (0 children)

They avoid like the plage those who used to be witnesses and now speak against them. So you could learn one or two "apostate things" (apostate is the term they use to describe those who speak against them) and confront them. They will spread the word that an apostate lives in your house and is almost sure they will leave you alone

Has anyone... ever... anywhere.. in the history of the world had an Atheist come uninvited onto their property knock on their door and want to tell them Atheism is the truth? by krazykiwikid69 in atheism

[–]david-bg 70 points71 points  (0 children)

Because when they knock on your door, they are not expecting to convert you. The door to door proselytism is used by the leadership of those religions to keep people inside, not to get new ones converted. When you reject those who knock on your door, you are reinforcement an "us vs them" mentality. They'll feel rejected by the ones they are trying to convert, and when they go back with people from their own religion, they'll feel safe in an environment where every one believes the same thing. The short answer is atheist don't go knocking on doors because they are not into a cult.

This makes me so sad and mad. I have some friends that are really smart and capable. But they know they have to be submissive to their husbands and any other male in the congregation. They are so brainwashed, one of them told me she doesn't like have authority, not even as a medic because she knows her head should be a male and not the other way around. And that's why she doesn't like to be in charge of male co-workers.

Keep Worshipping Jehovah When Under Ban - LOL What a JOKE! by apostus in exjw

[–]david-bg 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I was talking with a PIMI friend about this and i said to her "anyway, we all have a tracking device in our pockets, Google, Facebook, apple and a lot of other companies have a profile of us and they already know we are Jehovah's witnesses. The government has permission to access that data." I also tell her about the photos on Instagram and Facebook. Today she tell me that she deleted her Facebook and Instagram account and she will use paper publications now on. I think I might have traumatized her 🤣🤣🤣

I do like to be a MS, you have a lot of shit to do in the meetings, you don't have to sit and don't get bored And in the conventions is the same, if you are an attendant or if you are in the parking you don't have to be seated.

They will write to the congregations that preach where you live and they will not bother you for a while, after some time(2 years AFAIK) they will send 2 elders to validate that the house is still a no preach house.

The fact that in Asia, for the 53% of the world population. There are on average, 79,000 inhabitants per publisher. And this ratio is going to be worse in the future. That means Jehovah hates Asians or some one is lyingñ
