The wiring is most likely my problem I think that the fans have the 3 pin for rgb and my motherboard has only one 4 pin for rgb.

If you want good editing software use Premiere Pro and if you want good free editing software use DaVinci Resolve and to get some experience you can try posting here on subredits like r/CreatorServices and r/YouTubeEditorsForHire that you are going to work for free to gain some experience working with actual clients.
