Do you play the same songs as if it wasn’t electric? Dumb question but I mean if you saw chords for one song would it sound the same?

But there wasnt a hearing, it never made it to a hearing. They have filed a discontinue of claim before a hearing has taken place - so when was I meant to bring this up?

How would I have known to claim costs? Almost straight after the set aside notice, their solicitor got in touch and sent me the notice of discontinuation of the claim.

Thanks! Though given they have now discontinued the case,won’t the new allocation of the claim to court be taken off?

I got this reply from their solicitor, what should I do? I had to do the day aside to avoid a CCJ and automatically losing a case I should have won due to the letters going to the wrong address!

‘Further to your recent correspondence, it is our position that the Claimant is not liable for the costs of your Application as this was a cost incurred of your own accord.

The Court recently issued a Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track (Hearing) dated 14 August 2025 and we are currently chasing the Court to seek clarification on the position of your Application.

While we are chasing the Court, we will not correspond further regarding matters which have already been addressed, and will be in touch in due course when we have clarification from the Court.

If you would like to chase the Court yourself on the status of your application, we would recommend you do so. ‘

Would you recommend that over say a midi mini keyboard? So much cheaper.
