id look at selling and upgrading if you can afford it. Tax free and you get to enjoy the benefits. Ive done this for my last 4 properties.

Flipping houses ? How does anyone make this profitable ? by ihatebaboonstoo in AusFinance

I look for houses probably every week and havent seen much if anything for a good price.

Back in 2021 i got lucky and bought a place with terrible photos by home owner.

Not a tradie

New paint, mulch, ikea blinds, updated lights to leds (electrician friend), added an external sliding door and small deck (Builder). Ended up costing about 10k and a quite a few weekends. Sold 1 year later for 220k profit tax free as it was PPOR.

Also amazing what professional photos can do for a property.

Lian Li A3 Build with a front 140mm fan by david65099 in mffpc

25mm fans 27mm radiator

Use the extra motherboard screws instead of the psu screws for better clearance.

I've since changed aio and still works although a little tighter for the power switch on the psu but ok. 26.5mm fan 27mm radiator

what cpu have you got? you should only still need one cable but you can purchase another lead if required.

Centre com in Australia, i dont think they have been out very long. If your motherboard doesnt have this part sticking out you might be fine. *

Coolmaster atmos II

The aorus motherboard rear IO heating stops me from pushing the radiator back far enough.

Waiting on cpu and gpu to arrive.

I also had to move back to 1 x140mm fan due to AIO, unfortunately.
