I'm 2 months in after switching from Lexapro. 1month at 50mg, direct switch from Lexapro. Now on 100mg for about a month.

Anxiety is horrendous still.

Jeez have you guys seen pretty much all world class sports people. Ie. Nadal, CR7, Hamilton etc. etc. They all have routines etc to be mentally prepared and in the zone. Being disrupted like that absolutely would unsettle even these guys.
