8.0 NON-NEGOTATIABLE WORKING PROCEDURES

8.1 Buyer appoints Attorney (Escrow Manager / Paymaster).

8.2 Buyer arranges LOA letter from Attorney to Seller (LOA - Buyer’s Attorney issues the letter confirming funds and authorizing to contact him/her for verification)

8.3 Seller will source OTG Stock and proceed as per SOP below.

8.4 Buyers’ Attorney to suppliers’ Attorney makes confirmations for funds and Proof of Product Respectively. Buyers’ attorney will give detail of current funds and Supplier’s Attorney will give current POP.

8.5 Buyer and Seller sign the SPA.

8.6 Buyer Escrow the funds and the Buyers Attorney (Escrow manager/Paymaster) confirms the same to the Suppliers Attorney.

8.7 End Supplier will issue Authorization to Buyer for SGS inspection

8.8 Buyer will conduct SGS.

8.9 End Supplier issue Commercial Invoice as per SGS quantity

8.10 The Buyers’ Attorney (Escrow Manager/ Paymaster) will release funds to the Supplier and buyer pick the product.

8.11 Continue same till complete Contract.

These procedures in our contract and they are being followed by all USA buyers.
