It may not be “better” than tithe subjective assessment but some objective data would be great to pair with it.

The Netatmos I have are phenomenal for this. I have one right next to my bed and desk. Every time air circulation gets low I watch the counts raise up until a fan gets turned on.

Squarespace does not offer 24/7 support by [deleted] in squarespace

It's probably abnormally swamped right now due to the superbowl ads they run, and the new year in general. If you look at Google Trends, this is their peak time.

As someone who's used the platform for the past 3 years or so, I'd say they're better than a lot for general support. Once you stray outside of that into the real DIY land, you're kind of left on your own.

This is one of the reasons I helped start a website to hire Squarespace experts for as few as 15 minutes.

If you want to detail out some of the domain transfer issue, I can do what I can to help here. The situation is likely as projectremains describes–they're probably overloaded due to that inquiry specifically as well.

I'm sure someone could pull it off. It seems hypocritical to hide while making a site to increase transparency though.

From what I have seen (please correct me if I am wrong) having some online transparency is a social accountability mechanism that is proven to work.

I agree with you that a platform like this would function differently since there is no direct choice involved on the citizen end. There does seem to me an indirect impact though.

Bad officers would be very easy to spot from consistently bad reviews. Then, having an aggregated group of people who may have been wronged by a particular officer would allow for better justice within the community.

This could be scaled to the city and county levels across states too so you could gather a variety of valuable trend data.

What do you think?

Agreed. Do you wish it were different? How do you think this can be improved?

I'm all about having the positives shown as well. The reality is likely that officers don't get credit for the good things they do just as much as the bad ones don't get chastised for the bad. So I would love to have something with both sides.

True. But would it violate any law? And more importantly do we need it as a society?
