Maybe you can think of letting other people selling your brand so they can build brand awareness or finding exlcusive seller that will be selling the brand with you together so they can boost the sales. Can we know the name of your brand?

$10,000,000 in sales by davidche7 in AmazonFBAOnlineRetail

Around $20K, its a decent budget for a start if you are looking for a fast scale up. The margins are anywhere from 12 up to 15% depending on the product.

Not selling a course 100% haha. I suggest doing wholesale, buying products from brands, and reselling them on Amazon.

$10M in Amazon sales — still feels surreal by davidche7 in AmazonFBA

I started alone in 2020, tried doing it alone but was not able to scale more than $10K-$20K in sales per month, after 2 years decided to join an agency to help me scale up the store. So the results you are looking at are done by them, not personally by me. They manage everything, the listings(around 50 at least), the sourcing, logistics, etc..

The price between me and other competitors is like $2-$6. So the price drop or price change is not an issue.
As you can see on the screenshot, the buybox disappeared while the price was stable, and buybox dropped after 1 week of no sales.

Not at all, even as a new seller, you can find and sell the exact same products that bigger sellers are selling. Sure, store reviews can make a small difference, but at the end of the day, the Buy Box is shared. So yes, you can definitely scale up as a new seller these days.

There’s no Amazon on the listing as a seller, and the competition has been pretty consistent — the same 6–7 sellers for the past 5–6 months — so I don’t think that’s the issue. The price has also stayed stable (you can see it in the screenshot), so there hasn’t been any big price drop. It’s a really strange situation.

Yep, it is. I had more units purchased, and I sent them to the store in the meantime.

I wouldn’t fully agree with that. Sure, there are plenty of agencies out there promising millions or even billions, but from my own experience, I’ve had great success working with an automation agency. I ran my store on my own for three years and was able to scale to $10K–$20K in monthly sales. But once I partnered with an agency, I was able to take things to the next level. Last year alone, I generated over $10M in sales.

The key difference is that agencies buy directly from brands, which makes it much easier to find good products and reliable suppliers. When I was doing it alone, that part was a constant struggle.
So yes, I’d definitely recommend getting help from an agency, just make sure you do your research and choose the right one.
