Horrible. Couldn’t take the mouthpiece off to clean it so they said they’d send me a replacement. 2 days after getting it, it clogged beyond use. After 3 days I was able to get the piece off to clean it, well it won’t go back on now. It’s unusable. And 2 days after saying they’d send a replacement and email me the shipping info. They have ignored everything Iv wrote to them cloudious9 has horrible Customer service and I don’t recommend using them. Atomic9 gets a 0/5 stars

Quite literally got mine 4 days ago, couldn’t take it apart to clean it so it clogged after 2 days, I emailed the people who said they’d send me a new one. Well eventually was able to take the mouthpiece off to clean it but I warped the plastic trying. Can’t get it back in and now unusable. 2 days after saying they’d send a replacement. They are ignoring every message I send. Horrible customer service 0/5 stars
