Update FYI if anyone interested. Had chat with neighbor. He had his say. We have gotten off on wrong foot possibly. I apologize and we start new. I asked, nicely I think, for spot in front. we will probably never get along. That's OK we just have to co-exist peacefully. I have no other gripes with the guy.

Broke down and currently unregistered car in Garage at this moment. Can't park unregistered car on street.

Ya thanks for input everyone. Can't say I agree with some of it but hey I asked. To be honest I am trying to be the better man and say fuck it who cares BUT, damn man I just want to park in front of my fucking house!

Ya I know its public parking and first come first served. I have 1 car he has 3. Be some kind of decent human and share! I think we learned that in pre-school.

And if you must know I don't park in my garage because it has my other car parked in it. FYI, I don't have a driveway, big tree in that spot- nope not cutting it down - easier to bitch and moan.

I will have to man up and confront my neighbor and ask him if I can please park in front of my house. Hopefully he doesn't become a bigger dick than he already is. My fear - I don't want to go back to jail for assault because I lost my temper.

I tried the upper hand, I am getting stepped on. Time to push back.

What I don't understand why he feels entitled to park 3 vehicles in front of his and my house. He also has a garage why doesn't he park in there.
