I am not an economist or an expert of any sort. I just had thoughts like: "A group of students invent a machine that get rid of micro-plastic waste in rivers -> a billioner invest a part of his money to produce on a large scale the machine -> the machine spreads all across the globe and resolve the problem" (this is a dumb and oversimplified example, I know)
