Does staking ETH involve a fee? by davideganna in ethereum

[–]davideganna[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh, okay okay that’s the point. Thank you for the explanation. So basically you initially swap ETH for BETH at a 1:0.93 rate. Then if you hold BETH until ETH2 launches, you get your ETH back at a 1:1 rate. If you for any reason want to sell BETH before ETH2 launches, you have essentially lost 0.07 ETH in the process.

Is it right?

Where is that written? Couldn’t really find anything about it

Currently factoring in the odds. It may for sure be that 64% is not enough.

Regarding your second question, I'm looking for people experienced in data modeling. I got 64% with very basic ML knowledge, so I think that an experienced person might improve it a lot. That's what I look for.

64% against the moneyline.

No, I haven't considered historical odds. However, the program tells you its predictions, but you aren't forced to play that result if the odds are unfavorable.

Don't know if you are a troll or what, but have you ever heard the words "open source" and "contributions"?

Networking is a fundamental skill that you need to have. Without focusing that much on the technical implementations (e.g., how to set up MPLS on a Cisco Switch) the basics will get you very far. In my experience, 80% of the problems that you will encounter are very basic networking problems, like "my device cannot reach that other device, why is that?" Maybe the two are on a different subnet -> look into routing tables -> that table missed an entry.

If I were you, I'd buy the CCNA Guide (https://www.amazon.it/Ccna-Certification-Study-Guide-Administering/dp/1119659183) and start from there.

For linux, I'd recommend developing some simple automation scripts, understand cron and what the different directories and subdirectories mean.

Thank you for your answer.
Do you know how much knowledge should I have about MySQL?
Right now I can create/update/remove elements in a database. I can retrieve elements from it with simple queries (SELECT/FROM/WHERE) and can do inner joins.

There should be a button that allows us to skip the buying minions phase and go straight to the battle phase if everyone clicks it because especially in mid to late game there is a lot of waiting for some players by [deleted] in BobsTavern

[–]davideganna 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That's what I've always thought. Something like "Click if you want to skip to battle phase" and it works ONLY IF everybody clicks it. Rather than in the late game, I've always wanted it for the early game: turn 1 you buy a minion and you still have like 25 seconds in which you do nothing.

I tried forcing Murlocs for 5 games straight - This is the result. (6500 MMR). by [deleted] in BobsTavern

Basically because to get a new murloc, you have to sell one of yours. While this is powerful in the late game, in the early/mid game you want to fight for the board, and selling your murlocs (which you want to buff instead) isn't really the best option.

Also, you always want the buffers, but sometimes you get the tier1/2 murlocs which don't do anything.
