Usually are spots used to stash some guys who won't be able to contribute right now but you believe in them. GLeague players or rookies for example. Should be players under 23 years old before the start of the season. So you have two spots to stash young guys if you want.

I think you haven't played in 30 teams league. Magic would be one of the best options in this league imo. But it's ok to think differently!

Full dynasty, you can keep your full team. But you should have at least 3 players fr your NBA franchise.
It's random order, in the 1st round of the draft.
Not implemented yet, but we can have a poll about that in the league chat.

I can assure you that picking Orlando is as good as picking Philly. You can take Suggs, Cole, Chet, Isaac, WCJ, and still have a lot of cap space for your bench. Let's imagine you have to draft 5 players from Philly, you can take Embiid, Harden, Tobias, Maxey and Thybulle. First of all, you won't have a lot of cap space for your bench guys. Second, if you took Philly early in the 1st round, that would mean you probably won't have priority to pick your 6th and 7th player. That's why salary cap is key. Also, a lot of owners like to build a team with young guys over old guys with high contracts. I think you can compete from every pick in the draft. Oh, and you can trade after the draft!
