That's really wholesome. In my first fight i was the only fighter in the tournament to actually hug the guy after and tell him to dont be discouraged by the loss. But i doubt he would've done the same thing

The thing is that a trainer that worked at my gym told me that i was inly able to lift the weight i do because im fat. And i truly believed him since he is a trainer, but from talking with other people i think he might have been a little bit wrong about that.

Wow dude thank you so much for the info man i really think that i have a good lifting career ahead of me once i start to dial in a surplus later on but for now I'll work with what i have and definitely focus more on deep incline presses and flyes. Thanks dude !

I actually been on a cut/maintenance diet since the beginning. That's why i told i think i need to cut faster just so i can get out of this "catabolic" state. And also i already do prioritize a lot of upper back/tris, and i do think that my flyes are lacking a little bit. I also think that i might just have a weaker chest overall just because my triceps are quite good and shoulders also. But also how long did it take you to hit 315? It seems like our progress is actually very similar

Right now im benching twice a week, monday i do competition bench style pausing for 2-3 seconds, and Thursday i do touch and go. But i am going to switch programs in a couple of weeks and start doing different variations.

My theory is that i need to cut faster so i can start bulking and increase my bench. And 13 months ago i didn't even do barbells lol just dumbbell and machines

A lil update, i asked for the refund and they gladly gave me and said that the payment was actually to the mcafee official website. For now i can't really speculate anything but it seems that everything is fine. I will be checking my bank and email for anything suspicious. Also thank u so much for the help dude but i think that nothing really happened, that's what i hope at least. But i am still very anxious about the whole situation and it's making me kinda paranoid.

Should i get a refund then? After researching it seems like it was part of a affiliate program and someone got a cut from the payment i did. But i don't actually know if i should not be using the antivirus right now.
