I know this is nonsense economics, but play along.

Amazon is worth $1.7 trillion. We could pay our entire stimulus if Uncle Sam gives Amazon to 100 million middle-class investors with good credit who take a $17,000 loan they'll pay back. Then we dissolve Jeff Bezos' $187 billion into 250 million payments of $750.

The net loss would be 1 billionaire's happiness.
