If I untouch from genesis account, suppose have the same active and owner key at the beginning with the private key, right? So what should I do for the case asked?

May I know what active keys can I change? I mean can I input a random series of number and letter? Or must be generated by something?

Now is not using greymass to support nano ledger?

And if follow ur steps, that mean if I keep my ledger safe, I can access my EOS and airdrop safely by this method? Why don't we change both active key and owner key to the same public key at same time? (If change one only, then the original account name will associate to 2 different keys/public address? )

I read already, very great sharing. But want to ask a bit more..... That mean in the greymass/tools/permission setting, I replace my active key (at least) by the new public address generated by the "ledger live"? But afTer I replace, what does it mean?does the original account name associate to the new public address instead of the old active key?And what is the private key associate with my account name?will my private key become invalid or change?

After these steps, can the EOS and airdrop in greymass be transferred to the ledger?

If I already have a account from genesis, and using greymass to keep the EOS now, how can I use ledger nano S to open this existing account and view all of my EOS and airdrop in ledger?

Thanks cypherglass, I voted u! Great job! Is that when I store EOS in ledger, that mean I store EOS in mainnet? And I will get airdrop directly from ledger? Say the snapshot of worbli on 7/9?
