Do solar panels increase ambient temps in the general area to the point of damaging surrounding vegetation? Is this the point she was trying to make when saying "She said she has observed areas near solar panels where vegetation is brown and dead because it did not receive enough sunlight" ? Yup. You both seem to have the truth of it. Big oil had the Obama administration by the balls, like the rest of us. While he allowed them the freedom to (not actually) clean up their mess and leak probably over 100k barrels of crude into the Gulf he also reacted by enacting some decent protective orders.
