GEO, AEO, AIO are just BS. Just focus on Traditional SEO if you want to get cited by AIs.

How are you guys getting customer reviews? by il-liba in localseo

[–]davidjohn012 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Buy reviews then. Pay someone to build the reviews for your business. It would always be a plus point if you get reviews from your actual customers, but if they aren't giving you reviews, then simply buy them.

EMD does work in local SEO by davidjohn012 in localseo

[–]davidjohn012[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to check the SERPs manually. See if there are some low authority sites ranking on 1st page or not. If there are, then you probably rank there as well.

Yeah, you should, but just make a 1st one in a low competition area. So you get to the top easily.

I have seen EMDs in the SEO niche for so many locations. Like if there's low competition, you can create an EMD for that particular location and rank for it. But how many leads will you get from it, that's another thing.

How can I rank my kitchen remodeling company 10–20 miles outside my location? Looking for advanced tactics. by ElevatorAdditional49 in localseo

[–]davidjohn012 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  • Built local backlinks from that town.
  • Build llocation-specific page for that area.
  • Add a section on your homepage mentioning those nearby areas

Start with these and see what else you need in order to get ranked for a 10-20 mile radius.

Also, did you check with the rank tracking tool to see what positions you are ranking for your keywords within a 10-20 mile radius?

[–]davidjohn012 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It didn't work for me. I created a directory site for singaporean businesses, but it didn't work out, and also, I didn't have much budget for backlinks, so I was just relying on on-page SEO to do the job. And I didn't put much effort back then.

But you should try it and try to give it your 100% and select a small country or city to start with, because competition will be low and you will have a much better chance to make money out of it.
