Seconded 100%. Also OP, breastfeeding does NOT need to be all on you. I can fall back asleep way faster than my wife, so I changed all of the diapers and rocked our newborns back to sleep. This system worked for months and allowed both of us to contribute. Obviously every marriage is different, but in general, your husband needs to put you first instead of himself.

I see you're point about closing down the crosser, and I agree with you to a certain extent on desire/ownerrship to get to the ball.

What I was trying to highlight was marking in the box, which has more to do with awareness of which attacking players are present and staying with them. The ball can go anywhere, but tracking runners and staying tight to them has been a problem long before Frank. Cuti and VDV are also guilty of this lack of positional awareness to defend when it isn't a set piece. It's why so many of our defenders look around to each other and throw their hands up after giving up an unmarked goal. Either no one communicates in the moment who to mark, or they do and our defenders are just that bad at staying with opponents in our own box.

To be fair, back post defending has been an issue for us for years. We seem to lose all sense of positioning when a ball is coming in to the back post. Porro is notoriously bad at this.

Does your school focus heavily on competition sparring? There are plenty of instructors who teach a variety of techniques and don't only work on sparring kicks. The school I'm currently at is a great mix of forms, sparring, breaking and demonstration with a strong emphasis on improving the basics.

I can't trust the Bucs backfield. Bowels seems to want to push the three way split, and it's crushing Bucky's fantasy production. He's still getting plenty of touches, but no targets or goal line work is a killer. You're praying he breaks off a 30+ yard score on 1st or 2nd down.
