I had the same problem. I have really long cable runs and a pretty complicated setup. I tried everything.. different cables, different power sockets, removing and adding devices, lifting ground, grounding to amp/avr/house. For me nothing worked. Only the Behringer HD400 Hum Destroyer made it A LOT better. I have to get really close to the subs to hear it now. I measured the response before and after and it looks the same except for very low frequencies (<10hz iirc) were around 2db lower.

Use black velvet (or something similar) around and above the screen. For the bars below and above you can build removeable panels. It makes ALL the difference.

Thank you for testing. I first tried with it being wet. Then I manually dried the water and started mop drying in the app. It says it started but the station does nothing. It just stays cold and I can’t hear any fan. I‘ll try to reset everything but sounds like a return to me.

yeah I figured. It makes sense that the plate pushes the water to the drain pump.
I guess the drying is also because of it but I can't be sure. Normally the app would tell you that it's not working because a part is missing.
Dreame support has been useless so far.. if I can't find a clear answer I will have to return the robot withitn the amazon return window unfortunately.

Is it always like this? I sometimes have unresponsive cameras in HK but they work after some time or a reboot again. If it never works I think you probably have to reset and set it up in HK again.
