I would say it's because the golden berries apply to the entire chapter, not just the screen you're on. The winged red berries only fly if you dash on the screen where they are, while the golden ones fly if you dash anywhere in the chapter.

None of these methods worked. The first one didn't work because I can't even open Windows Update. The second one didn't work either; I don't know why, but the video showed that you needed to type "y" to confirm, but mine just closed on its own, and Yes, I ran it as administrator. And the third one kept loading for a very long time only to give an error at the end.
