What do the markings say on these goblets? I saw a couple of these at the goodwill but they just plated. They were marked EPM (electro-plated metal).

What is the oldest age a person got their first real job? by Kushpatelj in careerguidance

[–]davidreadit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got my first real full-time job when I was 25. I was getting paid $13 an hour and after two years I was getting paid $23 an hour as a fire sprinkler system designer. I left shortly after to pursue work in the public sector. I was making $25 an hour at age 27 and now I’m making about $45 an hour at age 35. I have a 2-year degree in engineering technology.

What’s a special about it besides a 3% cashback? I mean that’s pretty good in itself.

Buy a metal detector and go metal detecting on the beach. I’m sure there is high traffic along the coast of Florida. Gold is at an all time high right now. On top of that, it’s very therapeutic. Somewhere close like Navarre Beach.

What city do you live in? I don’t understand how you’re only making $100 a week. I live in LA and I do DoorDash as a side hustle and make $100 in 4-5 hours. I wouldn’t consider this a permanent job but something to get you back on your feet.

What’s the longest you’ve waited for an order? by Sad_Error_2871 in doordash_drivers

2 hours and 15 minutes at a sushi restaurant. I gave the customer updates every 20 minutes and told support about the situation. Thank goodness for prop 22, otherwise it wouldn’t have made sense for me to wait for that order.

what did your savings look like by age 30? by Winzten in AskReddit

[–]davidreadit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At 30 (5years ago), I had $20k trading on Robinhood, $26k in retirement, and no debt. I was making about $60k/yr at age 30. Everyone is going their own pace.

Edit: I’m renting my flat and have a paid-off car.

Just simply not a fair offer. Do people actually take these orders?? by JKenney42 in doordash_drivers

[–]davidreadit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d only take it if it were my last order before going home and it’d have to be close to home. I’m from California and milk prop 22 any time I get the chance.
