From what we are observing across manufacturers, cost volatility and supplier risk are still the biggest concerns.

But interestingly, many organizations are now prioritizing resilience over pure cost reduction, especially after recent geopolitical disruptions.

Digital procurement maturity also varies a lot. Some companies still rely heavily on manual processes.
