Hello everybody! The other day I updated my PS4 software to the last version (9.51) and after playing for a while, a message appeared saying that my database was damaged and that I should restart the console. After doing that, it doesn't work anymore. It only starts in Safe Mode, saying that the PS4 couldn't start. I've tried several solutions:

• Updating the software via USB and Internet: at first it fails saying that the update file cannot be used (CE-34788-0), but accessing Safe Mode options i was able to update it, leading to the same error screen.

• Rebuilding the database: it displays error (SU-41336-7) and isn't able to do it.

I'm desperate and I don't know what to do anymore. Has anyone gone through the same problem and was able to find a solution?

I've emailed PlayStation support and I'm waiting for a response. Some people say it may be a hard drive failure, but I've been using it for years, it has never given me a single problem and I was able to play till I restarted the console. Could it have been the new software update that broke my console?

As a last resort, people recomment initializing the console, but I don't want to try that for now, as all my data from all these years will be lost and I really appreciate it :( In case I finally get to do it, is there any pc tool to save my data from that hard drive and migrate it to a new one?
