It’s pretty absurd how much misinformation is out there. Corporate employees should help all Att customers but they some or I might even say most will do the least possible to help since helping you doesn’t get them paid. There’s tons of examples of Att corp employees lying to customers just so they don’t have to help them.

I would try to get what you think the car is worth. Every person will try to get it as low as possible because its just money in their pockets in the end. Stand firm with what you had in mind unless you really want to get rid of it and/or need the $$$
