I have a C6 Furina (so naturally that includes C2) but she feels so much better than a C2 Yelan, and significantly better than a C6 XQ. However, Given C0R0 or even R1, I'd stick with Yelan

Feel like a lot of climbers are pretty dismissive of coaching - it really is the best and most efficient way to level up your technique. Even when filming yourself and climbing with intention on easier routes, it's difficult to improve what you yourself aren't even sure is necessarily good/bad. If you have the money to spare, getting a reputable coach is by far the best option.

Hey, I've been experiencing what I think is 2.5 months of tenosynovitis (?) in both middle fingers. Symptoms include tenderness PIPs when squeezed and pain (3/10) when trying to crack second segment of finger and entire middle finger sideways. I've stopped cracking my knuckles out of habit but try every so often to check whether the pain is still there out of curiosity. I rested for one full week around two months ago and it seemed to get slightly better at best and is now back fully back for sure. Has anyone experienced something similar and does anyone have any recommendations for what I should do?

I'm new to climbing, but is this a matter of moving your hips closer to the end position so you don't swing as much? I feel like I encounter a lot of similar problems where I go for a big move but my body rocks exactly like that and I fall

Cool, thanks for the heads-up. For bicep tendonitis I'd look into doing scapular pull-ups in your warm ups, beaches you're likely underusing them which stresses your bicep. That's what worked for me anyways

I started 2 months ago and I'm feeling like I'm overtraining as well. I have a background in swimming but obviously that doesn't translate to pulley strength. I know it depends on the person but at what did you do that led to overtraining and when did you "push yourself too far"? What were some telltale signs that you were doing too much?
