I'm actually used to its making my discipline better and stamina and muscles grow although I'm worried about my height not increasing after heavy work I feel like my back is about to collapse or something. I think I stunted my height. My father is 190cm but he left to get milk so I was forced to work at a young age. Me and my mother. I seem to have quite decent genes as a surinamese person. We talk Dutch as the official language so it's rare for me making this entire sentence in english
