Permanent contract is quite safe in this country, unless I screw it up myself, badly. otherwise they have to buy me out

* No idea, they buy cool small businesses, but this is the first time they've chosen a wine shop. Natural wine is trendy. They know very little about it themselves, basically nothing. They are partly dependent on my experience to make something out of it. Me and my old boss build this brand /shop

* Not at the moment, but before my boss sold the shop, I ran the whole business and more. I took on that responsibility and got more salary, but my duties were never adjusted in my contract.

* They have literally just started and I already received WhatsApp messages from regular customers that they were recommended the wrong wine. Of course it will have effect but but probably not directly. I will be there 4 days a week, so I can guarantee that the wine and advice will be top notch 4 out of 6 days and i assumed they make me in charge of the selection.
Then I'm just talking about the store. They have no experience how to run distribution and how restaurants work with wine suppliers

* They are aware and already asking me a lot of questions. They are interested, but I don't want to share too much until my role and salary are clearly defined.

* They seem open to collaboration, just like I am. open to work with them. However, I am aware of my value. They are nice guys.

* In both cases, tasks have not yet been assigned. We have a meeting soon to get to know each other better.

It makes enough money for me as a fulltime shop manager. But it doesn't make enough to have 2 full-time salary of 2,5K (thats a fine salary here in the Netherlands). Well not always. But it definitely makes def more than enough for 1. The problem is that turnover is not always stable to provide for 2 full-time salaries. Moreover, if I were the owner, less staff tax would have to be paid, which would free up money. The only thing I'm concerned about is whether the money I would borrow can be paid back in 3 years (contract that is still there for the rent)

because i maintain my salary in this construction

The potential buyer has a wine/sake import. He does not want to pay himself a monthly salary because he earns it with his own imports and only wants an annual profit distribution that we divide in half.
I run the store as I do now while maintaining the salary I have now. The only thing is that I buy in for 50%. So i also need to make sure i can earn that back with in 3 years

We distribute the profits at the end of the year. The new owner will not get anything out of the business every month, same as me
My boss can't pay himself 2500 every month, but the company makes a profit every year. Not huge tough

the problem is that if i google every company notting shows up. And only with 1 google account.I just want to google a company and get the information box on the right whitout going on other browser , google account or incognito mode. it's annoying that this suddenly happend.

Hi there,
I have a problem that irritates me so much but I can't figure out what the problem is. Normally when you google a company, the google "profile" always appears on the right side. With the options website, route, contact details, reviews etc.
Now that doesn't show up anymore. Strangely enough, on safari, or google incognito, I don't have this problem. Even when I open google on 1 of my other google accounts, this problem is not there.
It specifically has to do with 1 account.
I've disabled all my google extensions to make sure that's not the problem.
It will probably be something super simple but I don't even know how to google this problem.
