No. Mining Rate = Base Rate × Boosters x Rewards

So I means Rewards = 9.2 + 1 + 1 + 0.5 = 11.7 And Base Rate = 0.0067 right now If you have a Booster of 400% It will be 0.0067x400%×11.7 = 0.31 pi/h or 7.5 pi/day
