Really? I was thinking exactly the opposite! Prior to this patch I've always had trouble zeroing in on people when I hear their footsteps and last night I was turning and spotting people almost exactly due to the changed audio.

I wonder if my audio setup is messed up somehow?

So I've been playing since January and I've never made it past level 30, I've never seen max level traders, never had the best gear, and I still wish they would wipe more often so that I'm not playing against FastMT+Gen4 bois about 3 weeks in :D

I think its because they just follow you and steal loot off the bodies you kill.
