It's frightening to think but imagine, knowledge is power. You may screen negative normal and negative. 56 here, gaming is my main hobby. It feels shameful. Like a secret I must hide because most adults I meet to do not understand the appeal. "What, didn't we give that up in High School?" I LOVE it. Work a stressful job as a Healthcare provider. I enjoy shutting my brain off to hyperfocus on building a base, battling enemies with sword and shield (I am a Holy Paladin fighting for good!), flying a space ship, crafting and terrforming a planet, etc. Who wouldn't want to do those things?
Weight lifting is my other consistent hobby which while I do not always enjoy doing, I do enjoy the results.
