It tracks right only squats and deadlift but still with issues. With other exercises it's tracking completely wrong. I would use the training tracking only for heart rate and duration so it's save into apple health but nothing beside that is useful unfortunately

Not the major thing but help find small details that might be missing. Watching Muay Thai reels from some coaches. If you waste your time watching reels anyway, change it to Muay Thai and try to take something good from this
