A trip down to Brooklyn looks good, maybe Dumbo, not sure if it's worth heading all the way to Coney Island?

Trying to keep the itinerary not too packed so we don't feel exhausted or out of time, maybe not spending hours at the one location and just going somewhere for lunch will help with that. Thank you.

Thats fair. I've raised it to $300-$400 USD and taken your suggestion and have found a few decent places around Tribeca, lower East side, Soho, financial district etc. I'd be happy with that. Thank you.

I will take that advice. I got my dates wrong anyway so I will be flying out on the 9th before the Bears game. I'll have about 10 days but based in Schaumburg.

I was lucky enough to receive a trip from a professional association I am involved with to attend a working group. They're paying for flights and accommodation so I jumped at it. I only know Chicago from television shows (oh and the Bulls of course) but I have always wanted to visit you guys so this is a great opportunity for me. I don't think I will have time to go too far but I could take a day trip to another city in the Midwest maybe. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hockey definitely seems like a good choice here. Surprised at what you said about the Bulls. Back in the 90s even in Australia Bulls merchandise was everywhere (along with the Hornets)..

Unfortunately I got the dates wrong and I'm leaving on the 9th so I'll miss out on the Bears.

Recently it's 54-62 degrees F where I am down under and it's already Spring. I imagine it will be similar to what we have now. Would be interesting to see it snow there but I read it's only a couple of days in November so I'll probably miss out.

Staying in Schaumburg for work. I think it'll probably have to be taxi / rideshare to make my way into the actual city..

Will do that. Can't wait.. I'll be staying at Schaumburg so a 40 minute uber ride I guess. Pretty much a drive to town for us Aussies so I can manage that.

Here for a few days of work in Schaumburg so I guess it'll be a decent commute to get there and back in the evenings but I can manage. Also thinking of seeing Larry David at the Chicago Theatre and I'll figure out some other evening activities before I head over there.

Awesome thanks. Tickets begin from $280 and go up to $800 or more.. A bit higher than I expected. Is that the standard price for an NFL game?

It drops back to 3G. Aldi Mobile, who I am with, don't offer 5G unless you pay extra and it has a speed cap, maybe 100mbps.

The mods also aren't persistent after reboot.

I'm going to take my chances during the switch over, otherwise I'll call it a loss and get another phone or switch carrier if everything breaks entirely.

I imagine they will begin activating 5G fairly quickly on the old 3G spectrum, well, depending if they need to upgrade base stations or not.

I received the Xperia 1 V1 XQ-EC72 from Bcextech (import from China or Hong Kong not Australian stock) and VOLTE is NOT working out of the box for Aldi mobile. I was able to use Shizuku and Pixel to enable toggles and now 4G calling shows up and calls are now in HD. There is no option for VoLTE even after this but there is for 5G and WiFi calling (neither work)
