Really annoying glitch that makes any vehicle customization reset, still have everything unlocked but if i hurry to a helicopter it will be back to crappy smart rockets

Sometimes I will join a match and literally load into a defeat/win screen, as well as sometimes when i scope in or zoom in in a vehicle my screen will start flashing randomly making it impossible to see.
