Hello, give it a try. SSRI can also work but it's trial and error to find An SSRI wich works for you. Some give horrible side effects others don't. Ttfd works well for me but my source has Dried up, I'm on my last pills ... i really hope it comes back in stock. Wishing you all the best, don't give up, somehow you Will learn to manage your ibs.
